Why should we hire you?
Model answer
Answer with fit, proof and attitude. Fit: list two or three requirements from the advert you meet. Proof: give one short example of doing something similar. Attitude: say you learn quickly and take work seriously.
Example: "You need someone who can handle customer calls calmly and record every request accurately. In my previous job I handled around forty calls a day and kept a clean record of each. I am punctual and I take feedback well." Use a number only if it is true.
Tips
- Stay confident, not boastful. Never run other candidates down.
