Employers want to know you will stay and grow with them. Talk about skills and responsibility rather than exact titles: "In five years I would like to be doing this work confidently, training new colleagues, and ready to take on more responsibility such as leading a small team."
Keep it realistic and connected to this company. Avoid saying you plan to start your own business, change career or leave, unless you can tie it to the role.
