Describe a time you led a team or took responsibility beyond your role.
Model answer
Use STAR. Choose an example with a clear goal, a few people and a result. Explain how you planned the work, shared tasks, supported the team, and what you did when something went wrong.
Example: "When our supervisor was absent for a week, I organised the daily plan for six colleagues, checked quality at the end of each shift and reported to the manager. Output stayed on target and no complaints came in." Be generous with credit to the team; say what you learned about leading.
Tips
- Even without a title, leading a task counts.
