Talk about the basics you would follow every day: wear the required protective equipment, keep walkways clear, lift correctly (bend knees, keep the load close, ask for help with heavy items), follow the rules for pallet trucks and forklifts, never use equipment you are not trained and licensed for, report hazards and near-misses straight away, and know the emergency exits and fire points.
Say that you follow the company's procedures and local regulations, and that you would ask a supervisor if unsure.
