What makes a good test strategy for a React app?
Model answer
A mix: many fast unit tests for logic and hooks, component tests with Testing Library for behaviour, a few end-to-end tests with Playwright or Cypress for critical flows (sign in, checkout), and type checking and linting as a base layer.
Avoid testing implementation details, keep tests independent, and run them in CI so regressions are caught before release.
