When would you use React Hook Form or a similar library?
Model answer
For larger forms with many fields and validation rules. React Hook Form uses mostly uncontrolled inputs, so typing does not re-render the whole form, and it integrates with schema validators like Zod. It reduces boilerplate for errors, touched state, and submit handling.
For a two-field form, plain state is simpler.
