What is the difference between WHERE and HAVING?
Model answer
WHERE filters rows before grouping. HAVING filters groups after aggregation, so it can use aggregate functions: HAVING COUNT(*) > 5. Put conditions in WHERE whenever possible, since it reduces the data earlier.
