What is the difference between Node.js and the browser JavaScript environment?
Model answer
Both run JavaScript, but the browser provides window, document and fetch for the page, while Node provides APIs such as fs, http, path and process. Node has no DOM. Modern Node also has fetch built in, and both support the same language features.
