What is the difference between import styles and circular imports?

Python modules, packages and environments · Freshers and experienced

Model answer

import module keeps names namespaced, from module import name imports names directly, and import * is discouraged. A circular import happens when two modules import each other at load time, causing errors. Fix by restructuring, moving shared code to a third module, or importing inside a function.
