What is Redux Toolkit and why is it recommended over plain Redux?
Model answer
Redux Toolkit (RTK) is the official, opinionated way to write Redux. configureStore sets up the store with good defaults, createSlice generates actions and reducers with less boilerplate (and lets you write "mutating" code safely through Immer), and RTK Query handles data fetching and caching.
