What is a pipe? Name some built-in pipes.
Model answer
A pipe transforms a value for display in a template, using the | symbol: {{ price | currency }}. Built-in pipes include date, currency, number, percent, uppercase, lowercase, titlecase, slice, json and async.
Pipes change only what is shown, not the original data. You can chain them: {{ name | lowercase | titlecase }}.
