What do helmet and rate limiting protect against?
Model answer
helmet sets security-related HTTP headers (for example reducing clickjacking and sniffing risks). Rate limiting slows brute-force login attempts and abuse. They are basic hardening, not a full defence: you still need validation, authorisation and updated dependencies.
