What are the preloading strategies for lazy routes?

Lazy routes load on demand, which can cause a delay at the moment of navigation. Preloading downloads them in the background after the app starts. PreloadAllModules loads all lazy routes; a custom strategy can preload only the routes you mark, for example with data: { preload: true }.
It balances a small first load with fast navigation later. On slow or metered networks, preloading everything can waste data, so be selective.
