What are signals in Angular?
Model answer
A signal is a wrapper around a value that tells Angular when the value changes. You create one with signal(0), read it by calling it, count(), and change it with set() or update(). Because Angular knows which templates and computed values read a signal, it can update just those parts.
Signals make state simpler to follow than manual change detection or large RxJS chains for local UI state.
