How would you manage state in a large Angular application?
Model answer
Start simple: local component state with signals, and shared state in services that expose signals or read-only Observables. Keep server data separate from UI state. When state is shared by many parts of the app and changes in complicated ways, a store such as NgRx (with actions, reducers, selectors and effects) or the signal-based NgRx SignalStore can give structure, tooling and predictability.
Choose by need: a store adds code and a learning curve, so do not use it for a small app. Whatever you choose, keep state immutable and have a single source of truth.
