How do you handle rejection or a customer saying no?
Model answer
Treat a no as information, not a verdict. Stay polite, ask what held them back (price, timing, need), and answer honestly if you can help. If it is not the right time, ask permission to follow up later. After each no, reflect on whether something in your approach can be improved.
Example: "I keep a note of the reasons customers give. Over a month I noticed many asked about delivery time, so I started explaining delivery at the start, and my conversions improved." Only quote results that are true.
